Terms of sale

PolicyXAI sells digital governance kits and a 12-month listing in a public Trust Registry. Buyer receives a license to use the documents inside their organization. Documents are not legal advice, are not a legal opinion, and are not a determination of HIPAA, ONC, or state-law compliance.

Delivery is electronic: binder documents in the buyer’s account, a Certificate ID, and an embeddable seal. Because the goods are digital and issued immediately, all sales are final once the Certificate ID is minted, except where Tennessee or other consumer law requires otherwise.

The registry listing remains ACTIVE for twelve months from issuance if the Continuous Compliance Warranty is purchased, or otherwise for the stated term, unless suspended for misuse (forged seals, misrepresentation of scope, or processing of PHI through PolicyXAI systems — which is prohibited).

PolicyXAI does not receive, store, or process protected health information at checkout or in the registry. Do not upload patient charts, audio, or identifiers.

Live card processing uses Stripe when keys are configured. Until then, preview issuances are sandbox settlements for inspection of delivery. No charge occurs without a confirmed Stripe payment.
